This game is very basic;  the controls are non-multiplexed and directly mapped into the port pins.

The VFD is single-sided and triple colour.  

It uses a UPD553C 4 bit microcontroller.

Unit has a 400KHz resonator, which gives a 100KHz instruction cycle time.
